We know that it can be difficult, and even scary, to try something new or to see a new provider for the first time.
So, we strive to ease your concerns by providing as much information as we can, before you even step through our doors.

Your time is important to us and nobody likes sitting down with a clipboard filling out paperwork for 20 minutes. At HC we will send you intake forms via link to your email so you can complete them from the comfort of your own home.
If needed, we will set up a time to call and discuss your case before the first appointment.

While in the office, we will be able to connect with you and learn about your specific health goals by thoroughly going through your intake paperwork. We will then perform a detailed neuro-spinal examination to determine the condition of your nervous system. We will then also determine if our office is a good fit for you!
*Please allow around 30 to 45 minutes per person, so you can estimate the time for you and your family at our office for the initial visit.

After your first appointment we will get together for a follow-up visit which we typically schedule one week after your initial visit. At this time we discuss your specific plan recommendations.
We will then be able to answer any questions you may have and if you decide to accept care.
